Quotes that sign themselves

Each quote becomes an online proposal the client can sign. The team sees who really read it, and the CRM updates on its own.

Context

A B2B payments company whose sales team sends quotes to business clients and follows them in Pipedrive.

The problem

Quotes were sent as attachments and the sales team never knew whether, or by whom, they had been read. Signing took days and the CRM was updated by hand.

The constraint

Quotes went out as attachments, so the sales team could not tell whether, or by whom, they were read. Pipedrive stays the CRM.

What we built

  • A cockpit of the month's quotes: issued, read, signed, monthly revenue and time to signature, with the reading status and next step of each quote
  • A quote sheet: amounts, editable lines, rates compared by bank, history (real reads, calls), call preparation and CRM synchronisation
  • A client-side proposal on a phone: summary, choice of bank and electronic signature

How it works

Each quote becomes an online proposal. Real reads are tracked, the client compares rates by bank and signs electronically on a phone, and the deal in Pipedrive updates both ways. Prospects are enriched from a public company-registry API, and reminders go out by transactional e-mail.

What changed

The sales team sees who really read a quote and what the next step is, and the CRM updates by itself.
