Bonsaï Camp transfers capability to your people. The programmes run on your own data and workflows, and corporate sprints are eligible for HRDC reimbursement of up to 90%.

Systems fail when only the builder understands them. Bonsaï Camp makes sure the people who run the process can also operate and extend the system.
How it connects to our builds
The three build sessions of a Digital Bonsaï project are delivered as a Bonsaï Camp programme, so training and delivery happen in the same room, on the same system. See Build.

Eligible training costs can be reimbursed under the HRDC Training Grant System, subject to MQA approval and HRDC acceptance of your application. We provide the programme documentation your HR team needs to apply. HRDC applies to employers in Mauritius.
