Privacy policy

How Digital Bonsaï Ltd handles your personal data under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. Last updated 25 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller is Digital Bonsaï Ltd, BRN C22189067, 125 Menagerie Road, Cassis, Port Louis, Mauritius. For any question about your data, write to victor.bohbot@digitalbonsai.tech.

What we collect, and why

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who processes it for us

  • Cal.com: call booking. The calendar is loaded only when you click "Show available times"; your browser then connects to Cal.com, which applies its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.
  • Google Analytics 4: visit statistics, only after you accept
  • Railway: website hosting, and the server that receives contact-form messages
  • Make: automation service that forwards contact-form messages to our mailbox
  • Microsoft 365: email

Some of these providers process data outside Mauritius. We use them under their standard contractual safeguards.

Messages sent through the contact form travel over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to our automation service and then to our mailbox. The server does not keep a copy. The site's fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google. The Press page shows preview images for three videos, loaded from YouTube (Google), which therefore receives your IP address when you open that page.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies on this site are those of Google Analytics, which count visits. They are not set until you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We store your choice in your browser's local storage. If you choose to display the Cal.com calendar, Cal.com may set its own cookies; see its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your national data protection authority.
