Agency profitability cockpit
Margin by client, production cadence and client approvals in one tool, instead of spreadsheets and chat threads.
Screens

Real interface. Fictitious or anonymized data. Client name withheld.
Context
A content agency producing social media for several clients, with recurring revenue per client.
The problem
Margin by client lived in spreadsheets, and client approvals in chat threads. The agency could not see which accounts earned money.
The constraint
Revenue, hours and publication results sat in three different places, and approvals ran through chat threads.
What we built
- A monthly profitability cockpit: recurring revenue, team cost, net margin, hours sold against hours spent, and the detail per client (margin, publishing cadence, split of team cost)
- A client approval loop: every piece of content and its script is submitted, the client approves or requests a change (reversible), and the cycle brief, production, approval, publication is tracked
- A production calendar on a phone: the week's shoots and publications by client, with each piece's approval status
How it works
Recurring revenue comes from the billing back-office and hours from internal time tracking. Publication statistics are pulled from the TikTok and Instagram APIs. Every piece of content and its script goes through a client approval loop, which the client can reverse, and the cycle from brief to publication is tracked.
What changed
Margin by client, and hours sold against hours spent, are visible in one tool. Each approval is tracked instead of lost in a chat.

Real estate agency cockpit
Cash, signed deals and commissions in one place, replacing spreadsheets reconciled by hand each month.
Constraint. Two banks, several currencies and a five-way commission split, reconciled by hand each month.

Buyer matching CRM
Each new listing is matched to the right buyers the day it comes in, with a score that explains itself and a daily follow-up list.
Constraint. The agency's transaction software has to stay the source of properties, mandates and buyers.

Quotes that sign themselves
Each quote becomes an online proposal the client can sign. The team sees who really read it, and the CRM updates on its own.
Constraint. Quotes were sent as attachments, so nobody knew whether they had been read.
