AI automation in Mauritius

AI as one step inside a workflow, not a separate project.

We use AI where it removes reading and retyping: documents, messages, contract clauses. The result lands in a screen where a person can check it.

Where AI is useful in an operating business.

Each of these is a step in a real system, not a demo.

Reading supplier invoices

Invoices are read automatically and checked, then used to estimate stock availability and to bill commissions without retyping.

Matching orders to products

Purchase orders arrive in any format. Each line is matched to an ERP product with a confidence score, and unclear lines go to a validation queue.

Reading contract clauses

Supplier contracts are uploaded as PDF and their key clauses are extracted, so renewal and notice terms are searchable.

Answers in plain language

A phone app answers questions about sales, stock and alerts, with every figure checked against the data and its sources shown.

Scoring and ranking

A buyer-to-listing score that explains itself criterion by criterion, so a negotiator can see why a property matches.

The rules we apply.

AI output is a draft until a rule or a person confirms it.

Show the source

Every answer points to the data it used.

Validate before writing

Nothing is written to the ERP without a check on price, credit and availability.

Keep control of your data

Infrastructure, access and data flows are defined explicitly for each project. Data sent to third-party services is limited to what is necessary and documented in the architecture.

Start small

One document type or one queue, measured before the next one.

Systems we have built

Real systems, in production or in delivery. Client names are withheld.

Do you have a pile of documents someone reads every day?

Describe it in thirty minutes. We will say whether AI is the right tool for it.
