Projects and stock platform
Every site followed from signed quote to final payment, with materials reserved from the quote and stock that stays right.

Context
A building-finishes contractor that runs several sites at once, each with its own quote, materials and planning.
The problem
Every site had to be followed from signed quote to final payment, with materials reserved from the quote. Stock by product and shade was the first thing to drift out of date.
The constraint
No ERP is connected, so the platform itself has to be the system of record for projects, reservations and stock.
What we built
- A pipeline of the active projects: order book, sites in progress, balances to collect, material cover and projects by workflow stage
- A project sheet: a seven-step workflow with the owner reassigned automatically, the quote split by zone and shade, reservations calculated from per-square-metre recipes, finances, planning and an audit log
- Real-time stock by product and shade: reserved, ordered, available, weeks of cover and stock-out alerts
How it works
A project starts from a signed quote split by zone and shade. Material reservations are calculated from per-square-metre recipes and created at signature. Material status is recalculated at every stock movement, and reservations close with the project. A seven-step workflow reassigns the owner automatically and sends an e-mail on every assignment.
What changed
Stock by product and shade stays current in real time, with reserved, ordered and available quantities, weeks of cover and stock-out alerts.

Other systems we have built.
19 systems across hospitality, industry and services.

Manufacturing executive cockpit
Sales, margin, cash and supply chain read nightly from SAP, from the P&L waterfall down to each product range.
Constraint. Figures lived in SAP and in forecast workbooks and were assembled by hand each month.

Five-entity group cockpit
Management no longer waits weeks for an assembled board pack. Consolidated P&L, budget and working capital, live from the ERP.
Constraint. Five entities, an on-premises ledger and a board pack assembled by hand after month end.

Medicine availability platform
Doctors see which pharmacy has a medicine in stock, estimated from supplier invoices, and distributor commissions are billed automatically.
Constraint. Availability is not published anywhere, so it is estimated from supplier invoices.
