Manufacturing executive cockpit
Sales, margin, cash and supply chain read nightly from SAP, from the P&L waterfall down to each product range.

Context
A manufacturer on SAP Business One with several divisions, a sales team and monthly sales forecasts kept in Excel.
The problem
Leadership needed sales, margin, cash and supply chain on one screen. The figures lived in SAP and in sales forecast workbooks, and were assembled by hand each month.
The constraint
Figures lived in SAP and in sales forecast workbooks, and had to be assembled by hand each month. SAP stays the source of truth.
What we built
- An executive cockpit: group revenue, attainment, P&L waterfall, margin trend and operating expenses by division for the selected month
- Sales performance: attainment per rep, team and branch against committed monthly targets, with totals and a breakdown of where the gap sits
- Credit exposure and DSO from a daily receivables snapshot
- The same month's headline figures and rep ranking on a phone
How it works
SAP Business One is read from the production company database every night into a PostgreSQL warehouse on Supabase. The monthly forecast workbook is loaded through an import screen that validates it. A daily receivables snapshot feeds credit exposure and DSO. Materialised views serve the cockpit, and the same figures are available on a phone.
What changed
Leadership reads sales, margin, cash and supply chain on one screen, refreshed every night, instead of waiting for the monthly assembly.

Five-entity group cockpit
Management no longer waits weeks for an assembled board pack. Consolidated P&L, budget and working capital, live from the ERP.
Constraint. Five entities, an on-premises ledger and a board pack assembled by hand after month end.

Projects and stock platform
Every site followed from signed quote to final payment, with materials reserved from the quote and stock that stays right.
Constraint. No ERP behind it: the platform is the system of record for projects and stock.

Medicine availability platform
Doctors see which pharmacy has a medicine in stock, estimated from supplier invoices, and distributor commissions are billed automatically.
Constraint. Availability is not published anywhere, so it is estimated from supplier invoices.
