Medicine availability platform
Doctors see which pharmacy has a medicine in stock, estimated from supplier invoices, and distributor commissions are billed automatically.

Context
A pharmaceutical distributor serving doctors and pharmacies, with commissions billed from supplier invoices.
The problem
Doctors could not tell which pharmacy had a medicine in stock. Availability is now estimated from supplier invoices, and the distributor's commission is billed without anyone retyping an invoice.
The constraint
No source states which pharmacy has a medicine in stock. The estimate has to be built from supplier invoices, which arrive as PDFs.
What we built
- Availability search: pharmacies ranked by a score built from recency, 90-day volume and frequency, with an indicative price, volume history and the detail of the score
- Supplier invoice review: lines read automatically, commission rates applied, automatic checks and the total of the commission invoice
- A mobile view for doctors, with the same results as cards
How it works
Supplier invoices are read automatically and checked. Pharmacies are ranked by a score built from recency, 90-day volume and frequency, calculated in SQL. Doctors search in plain language on web or phone. Commission rates are applied to invoice lines, and the commission invoice is generated as a PDF with an Excel export.
What changed
Doctors see which pharmacy is likely to have a medicine in stock, and the distributor's commission is billed without anyone retyping an invoice.

Manufacturing executive cockpit
Sales, margin, cash and supply chain read nightly from SAP, from the P&L waterfall down to each product range.
Constraint. Figures lived in SAP and in forecast workbooks and were assembled by hand each month.

Five-entity group cockpit
Management no longer waits weeks for an assembled board pack. Consolidated P&L, budget and working capital, live from the ERP.
Constraint. Five entities, an on-premises ledger and a board pack assembled by hand after month end.

Projects and stock platform
Every site followed from signed quote to final payment, with materials reserved from the quote and stock that stays right.
Constraint. No ERP behind it: the platform is the system of record for projects and stock.
