Order orchestration platform
Purchase orders arrive by email, WhatsApp and phone in every format. Lines are matched to ERP products before anyone retypes them.

Context
A food distributor whose customers send purchase orders by e-mail, WhatsApp and phone in every format.
The problem
Purchase orders arrive by e-mail, WhatsApp and phone, in every format. Lines were retyped into the ERP one by one, and mapping errors surfaced at delivery.
The constraint
Business Central runs on-premises, so the platform cannot open an inbound port. Mapping errors used to surface only at delivery.
What we built
- A validation queue: live counts of pending orders, auto-mapping rate, ERP success rate and validation time, filterable by channel, with a mapping confidence bar on every order
- An inline preview with live ERP verification of prices, credit and SKU availability, and urgent flagging of orders past their SLA or with low confidence
- A customer view: year-to-date revenue, order history, a per-customer SKU mapping dictionary, a samples tracker and an activity feed
- A delivery-day view on a phone for drivers and warehouse staff
How it works
Orders are ingested from the mailbox and WhatsApp Business as they arrive. Each line is mapped to an ERP product with a confidence score, and a validation queue checks prices, credit and SKU availability live against the ERP. A connector agent installed inside the client network makes only outbound calls, and every sales-order write is idempotent.

This system is specification delivered. Results will be added here once it is in production.

Manufacturing executive cockpit
Sales, margin, cash and supply chain read nightly from SAP, from the P&L waterfall down to each product range.
Constraint. Figures lived in SAP and in forecast workbooks and were assembled by hand each month.

Five-entity group cockpit
Management no longer waits weeks for an assembled board pack. Consolidated P&L, budget and working capital, live from the ERP.
Constraint. Five entities, an on-premises ledger and a board pack assembled by hand after month end.

Projects and stock platform
Every site followed from signed quote to final payment, with materials reserved from the quote and stock that stays right.
Constraint. No ERP behind it: the platform is the system of record for projects and stock.
