Context

A corporate services firm with several departments, each with its own pipeline, quotes and deadlines.

The problem

Pipeline, quotes, retainers and regulatory deadlines lived in separate tools, one per department. No one could see a client's whole relationship with the firm.

The constraint

Pipeline, quotes, retainers and regulatory deadlines lived in separate tools, one per department.

What we built

  • A leadership dashboard: signed revenue for the month and cumulative, pipeline in negotiation and weighted forecast, split by department, cross-sell opportunities and upcoming deadlines
  • A 360-degree client sheet: identity, active departments, deals, retainers as service lines with indexation and currency conversion, quotes, regulatory deadlines, immigration files, shareholding and an audit log
  • Access control by department

How it works

A 360-degree client sheet gathers departments, deals, retainers as service lines (with indexation and currency conversion), quotes, regulatory deadlines and an audit log. Proposals are sent from the user's own Outlook mailbox and replies land there. Web forms feed requests in automatically, and access is controlled by department.

Status

This system is in acceptance testing. Results will be added here once it is in production.
