Supplier contract cockpit
Every supplier contract, renewal date and notice deadline in one place, with escalation before anything lapses.

Real interface. Fictitious or anonymized data. Client name withheld.
Context
A hotel group's purchasing and management teams, who manage supplier contracts with different renewal terms.
The problem
Supplier contracts, renewal dates and notice deadlines lived in folders and in people's heads. A renewal window could close before anyone noticed.
The constraint
Contracts, renewal dates and notice deadlines were spread across folders, with nothing to warn anyone before a window closed.
What we built
- A portfolio cockpit: commitment KPIs, contracts flagged for renewal, annual spend by category and the full register
- A contract sheet: term progress, price schedule across periods, addenda history, supplier reviews, indexed documents and renewal strategy notes
- Escalating alerts before a notice deadline passes, on desktop and on a phone
- Uploaded agreements are indexed, so their content can be searched
How it works
Each contract is entered once with its term, price schedule and addenda. Uploaded agreements are indexed so their content can be searched. Alerts escalate before a notice deadline passes, on desktop and on a phone.
What changed
Every contract and notice deadline sits in one register, and a renewal window can no longer close unnoticed.

Resort group revenue cockpit
The PMS has no API, so the team rebuilt its KPIs by hand every morning. Reports now load themselves before 9am.
Constraint. Opera exposes no API, so scheduled e-mail reports are the only reliable source.

City hotel group cockpit
Each morning, management knows where the month will land against budget, from one set of figures reconciled with accounting.
Constraint. Hotels reported on separate timetables and group figures were assembled afterwards.

Stop sales cockpit
Closures by room type, channel and date in one grid, with every change logged and sent to partners automatically.
Constraint. A closure must reach every channel and partner, and each change needs an audit trail.
